These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Ennor Studio website and to all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Overview

Ennor Studio is a UK-based jewellery studio creating handmade and bespoke pieces. All jewellery is designed and crafted with care, and subtle variations are a natural part of the handmade process. These variations are not considered faults but part of the individuality of each piece.

Website Use

This website is operated using Squarespace. By using this site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, copy, or misuse any part of its content or functionality.

All website content, including images, text, branding, and designs, remains the intellectual property of Ennor Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will then enter production or preparation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. If this occurs, you will be refunded in full.

Bespoke Orders

Bespoke pieces are made specifically for you following a collaborative design process. Once production has begun, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Full details of timelines and approvals are shared during the enquiry and design process.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payment is taken at the time of order unless otherwise agreed for bespoke commissions.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers including Stripe and/or Square, depending on the checkout method used. Ennor Studio does not store or have access to full payment card details.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Confirmed orders will not be affected.

Shipping

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on production schedules and hallmarking requirements.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

As most Ennor Studio pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on bespoke or personalised items.

For eligible non-bespoke items, you may have rights under UK consumer law to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under distance selling regulations. This does not apply to items made to your specifications.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will always do our best to help resolve it.

Warranty

All Ennor Studio pieces are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults and workmanship issues.

This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or issues arising from improper care. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Third-Party Services

This website is hosted on Squarespace, which may collect limited technical and analytics data necessary for site performance and security.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe and/or Square, depending on the checkout method used. These providers handle payment data in accordance with their own privacy and security policies.

This website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience, understand site traffic, and support basic website functionality.

Limitation of Liability

Ennor Studio is not liable for indirect losses, delays, or issues arising from misuse of products or circumstances beyond our control, including postal or courier delays.
