Most handmade pieces require 3–4 weeks for production before dispatch. Gold pieces may take slightly longer, as they are sent for hallmarking to ensure quality and authenticity.
We will always keep you updated if your order requires additional time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times and costs vary depending on location and will be confirmed at checkout or at the time of order. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How is my jewellery packaged?
All orders are carefully packaged in suitable materials, designed to protect your piece and present it beautifully.
Returns & Exchanges
Each Ennor Studio piece is made to order and handcrafted especially for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on bespoke or personalised items.
Under UK consumer law, certain non-bespoke orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving your piece under distance selling regulations. This does not apply to items made to your specifications.

Warranty
All Ennor Studio pieces are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults and workmanship issues.
This does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or issues arising from improper care.
