Hallmarking

At Ennor Studio, we take pride in the craftsmanship and authenticity of our jewellery. To ensure compliance with UK hallmarking regulations, we partner with the London Assay Office.

By law, any item weighing over 7.78 grams in sterling silver or 1 gram in gold must be hallmarked. All qualifying pieces — including our gold designs — are hallmarked accordingly, and this will be noted in the product description.

Right to Cancel

In accordance with UK consumer protection law relating to distance selling contracts, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason. Please note, however, that this right does not apply to bespoke or customised items, including those made to specific size, metal, or gemstone requirements. Once a custom commission has been confirmed, it is not eligible for cancellation.

The 14-day cancellation period begins on the day your order is placed and the contract is formed.
