Hallmarking

At Ennor Studio, we take pride in the craftsmanship and authenticity of our jewellery. To ensure compliance with UK hallmarking regulations, we partner with the London Assay Office.

By law, any item weighing over 7.78 grams in sterling silver or 1 gram in gold must be hallmarked. All qualifying pieces — including our gold designs — are hallmarked accordingly, and this will be noted in the product description.

Right to Cancel

As this is a distance contract, you are entitled to cancel your order within the conditions outlined below. However, please note that cancellation rights do not apply in the following cases:

1. Items that are made to your specifications or personalised.

2. Products listed in our Wedding or Fingerprint collections. Once we begin crafting your piece, it becomes non-refundable, as stated in the product description.

In line with UK consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase without needing to giving a reason, provided the item isn’t bespoke or customised (e.g. specific size, metal, or gemstone requests). Custom commissions cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

The 14-day cancellation period begins on the day your order is placed and the contract is formed.
