How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store in a dry place and use a soft polishing cloth to maintain shine.

Do you offer repairs or cleaning?
Yes. We offer a Jewellery MOT service, which includes professional cleaning, polishing, and a general condition check. Check it out here

Custom & Bespoke

Do you accept custom or bespoke orders?

Can I choose my own gemstone?
Yes, we offer a range of ethically sourced gemstones such as sapphires, diamonds and moissanites and are happy to help you select or source the right stone for your design.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and bespoke nature of our work, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.

Can I get my ring resized?
